Hydroscrew will manufacture your replacement auger screw shaft to either your drawings or ours. This includes new spiral blades and stub-shafts if required.
Auger shafts are fabricated from the most suitable steels to suit your particular application including carbon, stainless and wear resistant steels.
Spiral blades are laser cut from virgin material to ensure maximum dimensional accuracy.
Diameters up to 4000mm and lengths up to 12000mm can be undertaken.
All auger screws undergo a final straightening process prior to despatch.
